The Plugins tab lets you extend your community with built-in features from Instaloops. You can toggle most plugins on or off instantly, while special integrations like GoHighLevel open a configuration modal.

Only community owners and admins with Manage settings permission can access this tab.

Browse and enable a plugin

1
Open your community Settings and select Plugins.
2
Scroll the list to find the feature you want, for example Membership questions or Zoom integration.
3
Click the row to toggle it on. The status changes to On and the switch slides right.

Pro plugins

Some plugins are labeled Pro and require an active Pro plan. If you try to enable a Pro plugin without Pro, a toast appears prompting you to upgrade. Pro plugins include:
  • Auto DM new members
  • Onboarding video
  • Zapier integration
  • Meta pixel tracking
  • Cancellation video
  • Links
  • Instant approval
  • Webhook
  • Hyros tracking
  • GoHighLevel integration

Special integrations

Plugins marked Configure or Connected open a modal instead of a simple toggle.
  • GoHighLevel integration opens a connection modal where you authorize your GHL account, choose a location, and select a signup tag for new members.

Disable a plugin

Click any enabled plugin row to toggle it off. The status changes to Off immediately. There is no confirmation step, so you can re-enable it at any time.
If a plugin fails to update, check your connection and click Try Again on the error screen.

FAQ

Plugins marked with a Pro badge require an active Pro subscription. If your community is on a free plan, you will see an upgrade prompt when you try to enable those plugins. Upgrading unlocks all Pro features instantly.
Yes. Once your community is on a Pro plan, you can enable every Pro plugin without additional limits. You can also mix free and Pro plugins together.
Disabling a plugin stops its behavior immediately. For example, turning off Auto DM new members will stop sending welcome messages, but previously sent messages remain. Re-enabling resumes the behavior with no data loss.
Yes. The Zoom integration requires you to connect your own Zoom account so Instaloops can create meetings for calendar events. It does not provide a Zoom account.
Open the GoHighLevel integration modal from the Plugins tab and click Connect GoHighLevel again. The OAuth flow will reauthorize your account and restore the connection.

Troubleshooting

A slow or interrupted connection can prevent the toggle from updating. Wait a few seconds, then click Try Again on the error screen. If the issue persists, refresh the page and check your network connection.
Your Pro subscription may have expired or the plan change may not have synced yet. First, confirm your billing status in account settings. Then refresh the community settings page to force a sync.
Pop-up blockers or third-party cookie restrictions can interrupt the OAuth flow. Allow pop-ups for Instaloops, disable the blocker temporarily, and try connecting again. If it still fails, clear your browser cache and retry.
If you see a red error screen instead of the plugin list, click Try Again to reload. Check that you are still an admin with Manage settings permission. If the error continues, contact support with your community ID.
