Review the Listing requirements checklist. Each item must be met before your community appears in search.
Listing requirements
Your community must satisfy all requirements to become visible. Common requirements include:- At least 10 members
- A community name with 3 or more characters
- A description with 50 or more characters
- A community logo uploaded
- Recent activity within the last 7 days

Under Classification, select a Category from the dropdown.

Choose a Primary language.

The Ranking preview shows an estimated score out of 100. It also lists Boosts (factors that improve visibility) and Penalties (factors that reduce it). Communities with higher ranks surface earlier in search and recommendations.FAQ

Once all requirements are met, your community should appear in Discovery within a few minutes. If it does not show up after a short wait, refresh the page and verify that the toggle is still on.

Yes. Turn the List in Discovery toggle off at any time. Your community will be removed from the directory immediately, but existing members keep their access.

If the toggle switches off after you enable it, one or more listing requirements may have become unmet. Check the requirements checklist for any red circles and resolve them before trying again.

A zero score usually means your community is new or has not yet met all requirements. Focus on completing the checklist and building engagement. The score updates as your community grows.

Make sure the toggle is on, all requirements are met, and you have waited a few minutes. If it still does not appear, try searching with the exact community name or checking the selected category filter.
